Ted for Illinois sends SMS/text messages as part of our community outreach program in Illinois.

The messages you receive will be volunteer reminders and early voting reminders. These are informational updates to help with community volunteering opportunities and to encourage participation in early voting.

We generally send 2–5 messages per week. The exact number may vary depending on upcoming volunteer needs and election-related dates, but we aim to keep communications relevant and not excessive.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data charges from your mobile carrier may apply to texts you send or receive, depending on your wireless plan.

To request more information about our messaging program, simply reply to any of our texts with the word HELP.

To stop receiving texts entirely from us, reply to any of our messages with the word STOP.
